Repairs, Coatings & Roof-Overs
Not every roofer understands mobile homes. Mulberry Mobile Home Roofing focuses on low-slope, manufactured, and mobile home roofs – from leak repairs and coatings to full roof-overs and modern membrane systems for homes in and around Mulberry, Florida.

Let’s start with what kind of roof you have.
Every park and every home is a little different. We regularly work on:
Single-wide and double-wide mobile homes
Manufactured homes with low-slope or nearly flat roofs
Older metal or shingle roofs that have been coated and re-coated
Additions, carports, and porch tie-ins that were never flashed correctly
If you’re not sure exactly what kind of roof you have, that’s normal – we’ll figure that out during your inspection and explain it in simple terms.

What we actually look at when we’re on your roof.
When we climb up, we’re not just glancing around. You’ll get a clear explanation of what’s still good, what’s failing, and what’s borderline – plus how long you can realistically expect each option to last.
Checking seams and transitions (where most mobile homes leak)
Looking for ponding water and low spots
Testing for soft or spongy decking
Examining vents, AC curbs, skylights, and chimney areas
Inspecting past patches, coatings, and edge details
Taking photos so you can see everything we see

We’ll check your roof, take photos, and walk you through your options so you know exactly where you stand.
You don’t need the “fanciest” option. You need the right one.
We don’t push the same solution on every roof. Depending on what we find, we may recommend one of these:
Targeted Repairs
For newer or generally solid roofs with a few problem areas, we repair seams, penetrations, flashing, and damaged sections to stop active leaks.
Roof Coatings & Re-Seals
When the roof is aging but still structurally sound, coatings and re-seals can extend its life, protect against UV damage, and buy more time before a full replacement is needed.
Roof-Overs & Replacement Systems
If the roof is too far gone for another layer or patch, we install a new low-slope roofing system designed for mobile homes. That can include white, reflective systems like TPO when they’re the best match for your structure and budget.
Decking & Substrate Repairs
If we find rotten, soft, or sagging areas, we replace the damaged decking so the new or repaired roofing system has a solid surface underneath.
Real problems we see all the time in mobile home parks.

Leaks at add-on tie-ins

Rusted or loose fasteners

Cracked or peeling coatings
